Customer Return Policy


  • Antico is happy to serve customer and fulfill their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfills the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return / replacement :
    • Product is used/altered/poor in quality/defective product.
    • Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
    • Wrong item sent.

  • Customer is not eligible for return/ Replacement if:

    • Its “No longer needed”.
    • Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.
    • Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.

  • Guidelines for Return/Replacement:

    • For Products purchased on Antico website, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall raise Return/ Replacement request within 7 days of product delivery. In case product is damaged or wrong item has been sent, raise the request within 48 hours of product Delivery.
    • Customer must share video and images with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
    • Customer must share photographs (Exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label) with Customer care team in case of damaged or wrong product (Videography will be highly appreciated) within 48 hours of delivery.
    • In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
    • All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
    • Antico shall endeavor to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.

  • Refund Policy

    The refunds in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as per the following:
    • The refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.
    • It takes 7-10 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

  • Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:

    • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days as specified above.
    • In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
    • If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Antico at its sole discretion.
    • If Product has been used by the customer.
    • If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.

  • Returns Processing

    In case of returns the buyer will be liable to deliver the product at our facility . The cost of such return transit has to be borne by the buyer.

  • As the return is received at our facility, the product will be checked for the following conditions:
    Category Condition
    Correct Product Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
    Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like instruction manuals, etc.) freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
    Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
    Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
    Undamaged Packaging The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
    The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

  • For any products for which a refund/replacement is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by Antico.

  • Note: Antico at its discretion has the power to determine the eligibility of a product for requested refund/replacement. This policy no way guarantees refund/replacement of a product bought through the website.
